Strengths

 

Our strength in the (YO)Unity bot kit is the fact that it is very cheap and highly adaptable compared to other businesses while still maintaining high quality parts. Other businesses have very expensive robotic kits which sets us apart.

 

Weaknesses

 

Our weaknesses in our product lies in the fact that our business is not fully equiped to mass produce the kits like other businesses can do with their kits. We also do not have as sturdy of a material as our competitors. While they use metals, we are using ABS plastic sheets. They are strong materials but not as strong as metal.

 

Opportunities

We can maximize on opportunities with the (YO)unity bot by making deals with schools to sell them our kit. When we do this we could include in the contract that they will only buy exclusively to us and our product. This will make sure that other businesses cannot interfere and we will maximize our profits.

 

Threats

 

Some threats to the (YO)unity bot are the other competitor businesses like but not limited to: STEMfinity and VEX robotics kit. These companies can threaten our business by their ability to produce more kits. However, our kits are cheaper and more adaptable.
